About the Role

As Senior Manager, Product Design, you will lead the vision and strategy for product design across our logistics and service efficiency initiatives. This is a key leadership position where you shape how millions of users interact with our delivery platforms, from optimisations that reduce delivery times to interfaces that empower restaurant partners and delivery personnel.

What You'll Do

• Define and articulate the product design strategy for logistics and service efficiency product lines
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with product management, engineering, and operations teams to translate business goals into exceptional user experiences
• Oversee design initiatives from research and conceptualisation through delivery, ensuring solutions are grounded in user insights and data
• Mentor and guide design team members, fostering a culture of design excellence and continuous learning
• Champion best practices in user research, usability testing, and design systems to maintain consistency and quality
• Evaluate emerging technologies and design trends relevant to logistics optimisation and user efficiency

Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience in a senior product design or design leadership role within a fast-paced technology company
• Deep expertise in user-centred design methodologies, interaction design, and design systems
• Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and develop design talent
• Experience with logistics, supply chain, or delivery platforms is a strong advantage
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate complexity in multi-stakeholder environments
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to present design strategy to senior leadership
• Proficiency with design tools and prototyping platforms
