Responsibilities
We are representing a confidential technology consultancy seeking an SAP SuccessFactors Consultant to join their team. In this role, you will:
- Advise clients on security and authorization matters within SAP environments, with a focus on SuccessFactors modules, Concur, and SAP HCM
- Work with security tools such as SAP Access Control, SAP IAG, One Identity Manager, and similar platforms
- Leverage generative AI to enhance products and optimize workflows
- Take leadership roles in audit assignments and consulting projects at client sites
- Conduct internal and external workshops on HR process topics, particularly security and authorization
- Support clients through complex implementations and ongoing optimization of their HR cloud technologies
What We're Looking For
Our client needs someone who brings:
- A completed degree in Computer Science, Business, or equivalent professional training
- Several years of experience with Human Resource cloud technologies
- Strong knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors modules including Employee Central, Time Management, Recruiting, Onboarding, Learning, Performance & Goals, Succession & Development, Compensation, and Analytics
- Familiarity with Concur and external HR software solutions is highly valued
- Independent, analytical, and conceptual working style
- Excellent German language skills (minimum B2 level) and good English proficiency
- Enthusiasm for working with modern SAP technologies and security solutions

This is a full-time position (39 hours per week) available as fully remote or hybrid in Hamburg.
