Senior Rider Onboarding Associate – (6 Months FTC)

About This Opportunity

Get A Job.ai is representing a leading on-demand logistics platform in their search for a Senior Rider Onboarding Associate. This is a 6-month Fixed Term Contract (FTC) based remotely across the UK, with operational roots in Edinburgh, Manchester, Birmingham, Bristol, or London.

Our client operates a high-volume, three-sided marketplace connecting consumers, merchants, and independent couriers. In this role, you'll be responsible for building and scaling the physical onboarding infrastructure that ensures sufficient courier capacity to meet real-time platform demand across the United Kingdom and Ireland.

Responsibilities

• Design and optimize the performance of physical onboarding hubs, evolving workflows to maximize efficiency and candidate experience
• Scale the physical onboarding footprint across UKI markets, implementing standardized processes and systems
• Develop and execute a 12-month strategic roadmap for in-person courier onboarding, balancing expansion with cost efficiency
• Travel extensively across the UKI to deliver face-to-face onboarding sessions and support regional hub operations
• Partner cross-functionally with Support, Product, and Supply teams to resolve operational issues and inform platform improvements
• Manage localized supply constraints by targeting hard-to-recruit zones and collaborating on demand forecasting models
• Lead tactical planning and execution for seasonal peak periods to stay ahead of marketplace growth

What We're Looking For

Essential qualifications:

• Proven operational experience in technology startups, on-demand logistics platforms, or food delivery operations
• Self-starter with demonstrated ability to work independently in field-based roles and adapt to shifting priorities
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence internal teams and manage candidate groups
• Valid UK driving license and access to personal vehicle for locations underserved by public transport
• Flexibility to travel early mornings and late evenings as required by operational needs

Nice to have:

• Experience with G Suite, Slack, Looker, and Salesforce
• Professional proficiency in Portuguese or Arabic

Note: All field-based travel, accommodation, and personal vehicle mileage will be fully reimbursed.
