At Support Revolution, we are on a mission to find exceptional talent across the UK, USA, India and beyond. We're looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Lead who can help us build brilliant teams in areas such as Oracle, SAP, and PeopleSoft third-party support. The role involves leading our Talent Acquisition function, setting high standards for recruitment quality and candidate experience, delivering end-to-end recruitment, and building talent pipelines aligned with future business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop the Talent Acquisition function, ensuring high standards of recruitment quality and candidate experience
- Deliver end-to-end recruitment for Sales, Marketing, Operations, Finance, and other corporate functions
- Use direct sourcing, headhunting, and talent mapping to identify exceptional candidates in competitive markets
- Build and maintain talent pipelines aligned with future business growth
- Provide salary benchmarking, competitor intelligence, and talent-market insight to support hiring decisions
- Review recruitment campaigns, sourcing strategies, job adverts, and candidate shortlists to ensure consistently high standards
- Coach and support the internal recruiting team, sharing expertise and best practices
Requirements
We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Lead with a proven track record in recruitment. You should have experience in direct sourcing, headhunting, and talent mapping. A strong understanding of market dynamics, salary benchmarking, and competitor intelligence is essential. Excellent communication skills, leadership abilities, and the ability to coach and mentor others are also required.
