Talent Acquisition Lead

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential technology organization seeking a Talent Acquisition Lead to take ownership of the complete hiring lifecycle across technical, product, commercial, and business functions. You will work as a strategic partner to hiring managers and senior leadership throughout Germany.

In this role, you will:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment from initial kick-off meetings through offer acceptance, covering multiple business areas and seniority levels
• Collaborate with hiring managers and executives to define hiring strategies, challenge role requirements, and support workforce planning initiatives
• Design and continuously improve recruiting processes including intake protocols, interview structures, evaluation scorecards, and hiring governance frameworks
• Develop proactive sourcing strategies tailored to different talent markets, adapting your approach for technical, commercial, and go-to-market positions
• Build sustainable candidate pipelines through direct sourcing, networking, referrals, and comprehensive market mapping
• Leverage recruiting data and market insights to identify process bottlenecks and improve overall hiring performance
• Create dashboards and reporting structures tracking pipeline health, conversion rates, time-to-hire, source effectiveness, and key recruiting metrics
• Manage relationships with external recruiting partners, ensuring quality delivery and efficient collaboration
• Drive employer branding initiatives by enhancing candidate communication, social media presence, and the overall candidate experience
• Contribute to the development of scalable recruiting structures, automation opportunities, and industry best practices

What We're Looking For

Our client seeks candidates with:

• 6+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruiting, or Executive Search within fast-growing technology, SaaS, e-commerce, or digital businesses
• Strong track record recruiting technical profiles combined with proven success hiring across commercial, sales, marketing, and business functions
• Demonstrated experience managing full-cycle recruitment independently across multiple seniority levels
• Experience building or significantly improving recruiting processes, hiring frameworks, dashboards, and operational structures
• Strong sourcing capabilities with confidence engaging passive candidates in competitive talent markets
• Data-driven mindset with experience using recruiting metrics to improve hiring quality and process efficiency
• Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to advise, influence, and constructively challenge senior leaders
• Experience collaborating with external recruiting agencies, executive search firms, or freelance recruiters
• Strong interest in employer branding and candidate experience enhancement
• Highly structured, proactive, and hands-on working style with strong ownership and accountability
• Comfort working in dynamic, fast-changing environments where building structure is equally important to daily execution
• Fluency in both German and English
