We are representing a confidential legal services organization seeking a Client Services Representative to join their team. This role serves as a vital bridge between clients and internal service delivery teams, ensuring exceptional support throughout complex engagements.

Our client provides comprehensive legal support services nationwide, and they need a personable, proactive professional who can manage client relationships with responsiveness and care. This is a fully remote position within the United States.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for clients via phone, email, and digital portals
  • Respond to client inquiries promptly and professionally, resolving issues efficiently
  • Troubleshoot concerns and escalate complex matters to appropriate managers when needed
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication
  • Collaborate with internal departments to address client needs and ensure effective resolution
  • Identify opportunities to improve client experience and service delivery processes
  • Maintain accurate, organized records of all client communications and requests
  • Communicate client feedback to support continuous process improvements

  • Familiarity with Microsoft Teams and Zoom
  • Experience with client management systems preferred but not required
  • Previous client services or customer support experience strongly preferred
