About This Opportunity

We are representing a well-funded legal technology startup in Paris that is transforming how litigation professionals manage their caseloads. Our client is building an AI-powered platform that dramatically reduces administrative burden for law firms, enabling lawyers to focus on strategic work rather than repetitive tasks. They're already live with paying customers and entering an accelerated growth phase.

This is a founding sales role working directly with the CEO. You'll own the entire commercial motion—from pipeline generation through close—and help build the sales playbook from the ground up. Your target will be to bring on approximately 30 new law firm clients in your first six months while establishing repeatable processes that scale.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle from initial outreach through contract signature
• Build and manage pipeline through outbound prospecting and inbound lead qualification
• Sell directly to partners and decision-makers at litigation law firms across France
• Refine go-to-market strategy, messaging, and positioning in collaboration with founders
• Gather and structure customer feedback to inform product development priorities
• Develop and document sales processes that will support future team growth

What We're Looking For

• Proven track record closing B2B SaaS deals, ideally with complex software or in legal tech
• Native French speaker with excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to manage the complete sales cycle independently
• Strong business acumen with focus on understanding client problems and demonstrating ROI
• Pragmatic execution style—able to navigate complex organizations to reach decision-makers
• Comfortable with early-stage ambiguity and building processes from scratch
• Energized by working closely with technical founders in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of the French legal ecosystem or existing network in legal services (law firms, insurers) is a significant plus
