Commercial Account Executive, DACH

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential SaaS technology organization seeking a Commercial Account Executive to drive revenue growth in the DACH and CEMEA markets. In this role, you will:

• Manage and grow a robust sales pipeline across German-speaking territories
• Drive both inbound and outbound leads through complex sales cycles to successful closure
• Leverage your professional network and collaborate with external partners to source new projects in the Commercial segment
• Manage and prospect within an existing account base to drive usage-based and feature-based expansion opportunities
• Generate new business by booking self-driven outbound meetings with qualified prospects
• Build compelling demonstrations, sales materials, and ROI studies in partnership with pre-sales teams
• Forecast accurately to support team revenue objectives
• Collaborate cross-functionally with sales developers, solutions engineers, customer success managers, legal, partner managers, and marketing teams

What We're Looking For

Required qualifications:

• 2-4 years of experience in a B2B closing role, preferably in MarTech or SaaS technology sales
• Excellent spoken and written German and English skills (Polish or Czech is a plus)
• Hunter mindset with strong familiarity in outbound prospecting techniques, tools, and processes
• Ability to multi-task and adapt quickly to changing situations
• Quick thinker capable of handling objections and questions on the fly

Strongly preferred:

• Experience working with partners such as solution integrators, consultancies, or independent software vendors
• Passion for technology sales and curiosity about how deep tech solutions solve business challenges
• Ability to thrive in dynamic environments and adjust to constant change
• Strategic and structured approach to territory management
• Resilience and grit to persevere when facing challenges
