Responsibilities
We are representing a confidential international organization seeking an HR Business Partner with a recruiting focus for a 6–9 month contract assignment in Gütersloh. You will own the full recruitment cycle and act as a strategic partner to hiring managers across multiple business units.
- Manage end-to-end recruiting processes independently from intake to offer
- Partner closely with department leaders and hiring managers throughout the hiring journey
- Gather role requirements and design targeted recruiting strategies for each position
- Conduct active sourcing and direct outreach to qualified candidates
- Lead candidate interviews and manage the selection process
- Collaborate proactively with internal stakeholders to ensure a positive candidate experience
- Support recruiting initiatives and continuous process improvement efforts
What We're Looking For
- Several years of experience in recruiting or as an HR Business Partner with strong recruiting expertise
- Proven track record managing full-cycle recruitment
- Solid experience in stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration
- Independent, structured, and solution-oriented work style
- Fluent German and English language skills
- Willingness to work on-site in Gütersloh 2–3 days per week (hybrid model)
