About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential online lottery and e-commerce organization based in Germany. Our client operates multiple consumer brands and is seeking a talented Creative professional to join their performance marketing team. This is a hands-on role where you'll craft compelling advertising assets across static and motion formats for a diverse portfolio of digital brands.

Responsibilities

• Create high-quality, brand-compliant advertising materials for performance marketing campaigns across multiple consumer brands, from static assets to motion content
• Work interdisciplinarily and hands-on from initial concept through efficient deployment of creative tools (Photoshop to generative AI) to final deliverable
• Demonstrate strong instincts for social media advertising, particularly scroll-stopping content, concise storytelling approaches, and relevant trends
• Translate ideas into persuasive concepts and present, justify, and advocate for these with stakeholders
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while balancing stakeholder needs and deadlines

What We're Looking For

Required:

• Proficiency with standard creative tools including Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere, and generative AI platforms
• Strong understanding of brand design and consistent brand communication
• High level of quality awareness, consistency, and visual precision
• Understanding of performance marketing logic (e.g., hook-rate, CTR, A/B testing of creatives)
• Excellent prioritization skills when managing multiple stakeholders and deadlines
• German language proficiency for this Germany-based role

Preferred:

• Basic knowledge of camera work and video production, including independent shooting and editing of motion content
• Experience scaling content production in team or agency contexts
• Experience with project management tools in creative workflows
