Working Student People Operations (m/f/d)

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential data analytics organization seeking a Working Student for People Operations in Hamburg. Our client is a global platform operating across multiple international offices, and we're looking for someone to support their HR administrative function on a part-time student basis.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a point of contact for employee administrative inquiries within a defined scope
• Prepare employment references and certificates
• Maintain employee master data in the HRIS system, including contract adjustments, parental leave requests, sabbaticals, terminations, and new hire setup
• Process and manage special leave and change requests
• Administer the sick leave process and communicate with employees regarding medical certifications
• Handle and coordinate incoming People Operations correspondence
• Support People Operations Managers across the employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding
• Administer employee engagement tools and platforms
• Assist with internal communications, including drafting and publishing announcements

• Fluent German and English language skills
• Genuine interest in HR topics and administrative processes
• Currently enrolled as a student with availability for working student hours
