Internship – Deployment Strategist

About This Opportunity

We are representing a fast-growing client in the conversational AI space, based in Berlin. They are transforming how enterprises handle customer communications at scale through inGet A Job.aigent voice agents. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career professional to gain hands-on experience in customer success, product operations, and AI implementation within a high-growth startup environment.

As a Deployment Strategist Intern, you will work directly with the founding team to support customer onboarding, develop AI workflows, and help scale operational processes. This role offers deep exposure to how early-stage companies operate and how enterprise AI products are deployed in production.

Responsibilities

• Support pilot accounts through onboarding and help customers launch AI agents successfully
• Manage customer communications, respond to questions, and resolve operational issues
• Track agent performance metrics and monitor customer health indicators
• Assist with customer workshops and training sessions
• Help build and refine AI agent workflows alongside technical teams
• Work with automation tools such as n8n and Zapier to improve internal efficiency
• Document best practices and create operational playbooks
• Translate customer feedback into actionable insights for product and engineering teams
• Prepare materials for customer meetings and internal reviews
• Support cross-functional projects as needed to drive company growth

What We're Looking For

• Recent graduate or early-career professional eager to learn in a startup environment
• Genuine interest in working with customers and driving their success
• Tech-savvy with a semi-technical background or strong technical curiosity
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and German
• Hands-on experience or experimentation with AI agents, automation workflows, or prompt engineering
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Comfortable with hands-on, operational work—not just strategic tasks
• Available to work on-site in Berlin (remote work is not available for this role)
• Flexible with working hours and excited to move fast in a dynamic environment
