Human Design Program Lead (f/m/d)

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential energy technology organization seeking a Human Design Program Lead to join their team in London, UK. Our client is transforming how utilities operate through advanced technology platforms, and they need an exceptional change leader to drive cultural transformation with their enterprise clients.

In this role, you will be the single point of accountability for enabling culture and ways-of-working transformation across a portfolio of major client accounts. You'll work directly with C-suite executives to lead behavioral transformation, leadership development programs, and coaching initiatives that unlock the full potential of technology-enabled change.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage senior client relationships across a regional portfolio of approximately 4 major accounts
• Participate in the end-to-end cycle of new client pursuits, sales presentations, and onboarding activities
• Serve as the primary point of contact for senior client relationships, providing C-suite leadership coaching and enablement
• Initiate and lead Human Design discussions with clients, including culture surveys, line of sight exercises, and executive leadership development programs
• Lead top-down cultural transformation initiatives, working directly with C-suite and executive teams
• Collaborate with global practice leads to influence programs and bring best practices to client engagements
• Provide senior oversight for Human Design activities throughout major transformations, including ongoing risk monitoring and escalation
• Act as cultural steward and bridge between clients and proven success methodologies
• Ensure consistent delivery experience across your entire client portfolio

What We're Looking For

• In-depth knowledge and expertise across all facets of human-centered transformation, including cultural change, leadership development, coaching, and organizational learning
• Proven track record leading portfolios of major program transformations across different geographies
• Demonstrated history of building trust-based partnerships with C-suite and executive leaders
• Exceptional communication and storytelling abilities across different seniorities and cultures
• Strong facilitation skills with the ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders
• Experience navigating ambiguity and complexity in large-scale transformations
• Clear understanding of the connection between people, organization, and technology in tech-enabled transformations
• Deep knowledge of leadership and organizational behavioral best practices, including psychological safety, empowerment, growth mindset, agile leadership, and high-performing teams
• Systems thinking approach with human-centered design principles
• Deep understanding of adult learning, behavior change, and organizational psychology
• World-class leadership development expertise with proven credibility working with senior leaders
• Experience building or scaling leadership or learning practices in complex environments
• Calm, confident presence with the ability to challenge with empathy and clarity
• Experience in Energy, Utilities, or Telecommunications industries is highly desirable
• Must have the right to work in the UK at the time of application; visa sponsorship is not available for this position
