GTM Associate

About This Opportunity

We are representing a well-funded technology company transforming how large-scale construction operations manage supplier data and procurement workflows. Our client has secured significant Series A backing from tier-one venture investors and is expanding their go-to-market team in Munich.

As a GTM Associate, you will own pipeline generation for your assigned segment. You'll be the first contact point for potential customers, laying the groundwork for high-quality opportunities and lasting client relationships. This is a quota-carrying role where your ability to open new markets directly impacts company growth.

Responsibilities

• Generate qualified pipeline using AI-powered outreach, automation tools, and creative prospecting strategies to reach decision-makers competitors haven't identified
• Identify and prioritize new market segments, geographies, and buyer personas; build and execute your own market entry strategy without a handed-down playbook
• Design and deploy automated outreach sequences leveraging AI agents to scale personalized engagement across hundreds of prospects monthly
• Map whitespace opportunities in existing markets, ensuring comprehensive coverage of qualified buyers before competitors enter
• Book 20+ qualified meetings within your first 90 days with net-new contacts who have no prior awareness of the solution
• Build a self-sustaining pipeline engine generating 300+ qualified leads per month through automation and systematic market development

What We're Looking For

• Demonstrated track record of excellence in academics, competitive sports, entrepreneurial projects, or professional achievements that set you apart from peers
• Genuinely curious and exploratory mindset with eagerness to build in a high-growth environment
• Commitment to continuous improvement, receptive to feedback, and driven to raise performance standards
• Fluency in both German and English (required for this market)
• Willingness to work in-office five days per week in Munich
• Interest in leveraging AI and automation to scale outbound efforts, not just using off-the-shelf tools but building custom workflows

Pay

This role offers €65,000–90,000 OTE (on-target earnings) plus equity options. The client also provides mentorship from senior leadership, regular feedback sessions with experienced advisors, career progression opportunities into GTM Lead and Account Executive roles, and perks including team offsites, daily meals, wellness benefits, and a dog-friendly office.
