Enterprise Technical Account Executive – m/f/d – Spain

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential AI platform company in their search for an Enterprise Technical Account Executive based in Berlin, Spain. Our client delivers model-agnostic AI solutions to over 10,000 organizations worldwide, from fast-growing startups to Fortune 500 enterprises. This is a full-cycle sales role focused on mid-market and enterprise accounts across diverse industries.

Responsibilities

• Own the complete sales cycle from initial qualification through contract signing, including technical discovery, solution scoping, and executive presentations
• Conduct early-stage technical conversations on APIs, integrations, and system architecture directly with IT and engineering stakeholders
• Translate platform capabilities into measurable business outcomes for economic buyers and C-level executives
• Navigate complex, multi-stakeholder deal cycles by developing and executing strategic account plans
• Build deep relationships with senior stakeholders including C-suite while maintaining credibility with technical evaluators
• Collaborate with partnerships, marketing, and customer success teams to design go-to-market strategies
• Provide customer feedback to influence product roadmap and business development
• Ensure seamless handover to customer success teams post-sale

What We're Looking For

• Proficiency in AI technologies with preference for candidates who have previously sold AI solutions
• Experience in Sales Engineering or similar technical sales positions
• Proven track record selling technical solutions to medium and large enterprise accounts
• Ability to translate complex platform concepts into business value for non-technical executives
• Experience managing multi-stakeholder deal cycles and carrying significant quota responsibility
• Strong relationship-building skills with senior executives and technical evaluators
• Customer-centric approach with talent for understanding business challenges and tailoring solutions
• Comfort operating in high-growth, fast-paced environments
• Based in or willing to relocate to Berlin (in-office role)

Pay
