Internship – Success Architect

About This Role

We are representing a confidential AI technology company seeking a Success Architect Intern to support their customer success operations in Berlin. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career professional to gain hands-on experience scaling AI products, working directly with enterprise customers, and contributing to the growth of an innovative startup.

Our client is building AI agent technology for consumer-facing businesses, and this role offers direct exposure to product development, customer onboarding, and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Support pilot accounts and assist customers in deploying AI agents successfully
• Handle customer communications, respond to inquiries, and resolve technical issues
• Monitor agent performance metrics and track customer engagement
• Participate in customer workshops and training sessions
• Help build and refine AI agents alongside the technical team
• Create workflows for onboarding and pilot management
• Work with automation tools such as n8n and Zapier to improve internal processes
• Document best practices and develop operational playbooks
• Translate customer feedback into actionable insights for product development
• Prepare materials for customer meetings and internal reviews

What We're Looking For

• Recent graduate or early-career professional eager to learn startup operations
• Strong customer orientation with genuine enthusiasm for helping clients succeed
• Tech-savvy background or semi-technical experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and German
• Hands-on experience experimenting with AI agents or workflow automation
• Understanding of concepts like prompt engineering
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Willing to handle operational tasks and roll up your sleeves
• Available to work on-site in Berlin (not a remote position)
• Flexible with working hours beyond standard 9-5 when needed

Pay
