Deployment Strategist

About This Opportunity

We are representing a fast-growing AI technology company based in Berlin that is transforming how businesses communicate with consumers at scale. Our client builds enterprise voice agent platforms used by major B2C organizations across Europe. As they scale toward significant revenue milestones, they need a Deployment Strategist to own high-stakes customer implementations from contract signature through production launch.

In this role, you will lead end-to-end deployments for a dedicated portfolio of enterprise customers. You'll scope use cases, build and tune AI voice agents, manage technical integrations across CRM and telephony systems, run user acceptance testing, and drive customers to their first production calls. Your primary metric is time-to-value and pilot conversion rate. You'll also develop the systems and playbooks that allow deployments to scale as the customer base grows.

Responsibilities

• Own dedicated accounts during pilot phase and drive commercial outcomes including pilot conversion rate and revenue expansion
• Manage pilot projects end-to-end, ensuring stakeholder alignment across customer organizations
• Partner with engineering and customers to build, design, and refine AI agents handling high-volume customer conversations
• Track agent performance against success criteria and continuously optimize
• Own end-to-end integration of voice agents into customer tech stacks including CRMs, dialers, calendaring, and ticketing systems
• Collaborate with customer IT and engineering teams on data flows, authentication, and compliance requirements
• Build custom function tools and webhooks connecting agents to backend systems
• Troubleshoot integration issues during pilot and production phases
• Lead customer workshops and training sessions to drive product adoption
• Build and maintain workflows for customer onboarding, pilot management, and agent development
• Translate customer needs into actionable product feedback for internal teams
• Document best practices and playbooks to scale the deployment function

What We're Looking For

• 1+ years in customer-facing roles such as consulting, technology implementation, sales, or account management in high-stakes environments
• Executive presence with ability to build and manage relationships across all levels of customer organizations including leadership
• Proven ability to lead complex projects and execute high-stakes deployments end-to-end for large customers
• Hands-on experience building workflows and AI agents with understanding of prompt engineering, APIs, and workflow automation
• Strong business acumen with ability to understand customer problems and priorities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and German (additional languages are a significant plus)
• Willingness to take ownership, work hands-on across strategic and tactical work, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work on-site in Berlin (this is not a remote role)
