Working Student Procurement

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential data analytics organization in Hamburg seeking a Working Student for their Procurement team. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in purchasing operations while continuing your studies.

Responsibilities

• Process operational procurement requests and purchase orders as part of daily operations
• Support the execution of supplier inquiries and quotation comparisons
• Maintain and update master data in enterprise systems including SAP and ServiceNow
• Assist the procurement team with administrative and organizational tasks
• Communicate with internal departments and external suppliers

What We're Looking For

• Currently enrolled student, ideally in business administration or a comparable field of study
• Initial practical experience in procurement or administrative roles is advantageous
• Proficient use of MS Office, particularly Excel
• Structured, careful, and independent working style
• Strong communication skills and team-oriented approach
• Very good German and English language skills (both required)
