Sales Development Representative – EMEA

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential AI-powered growth platform that is expanding into EMEA markets. Our client works with category-leading brands to navigate the shift from traditional search to AI-driven discovery channels. As their first dedicated Sales Development Representative for the EMEA region, you'll play a foundational role in building pipeline across the UK, DACH, Nordics, Benelux, France, and Southern Europe.

This is a hybrid position based in central London, reporting directly to Sales leadership. You will own the complete outbound motion across multiple European markets, working cross-functionally with Sales and GTM teams to convert intent signals into qualified discovery opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute creative outbound strategies across EMEA markets, building qualified pipeline that exceeds targets
• Conduct discovery calls that function as consultative sessions, mapping prospect pain points to AI-enabled solutions
• Build authentic, high-trust relationships with marketing and growth decision-makers across diverse European buying cultures
• Collaborate closely with Account Executives to ensure seamless, well-qualified handoffs positioned for conversion
• Maintain CRM hygiene and data integrity, using analytics to iterate and optimize outreach approaches through A/B testing
• Navigate the pace and agility required in a high-growth startup environment, adapting quickly to new tools and priorities

What We're Looking For

• 0-1 years of B2B SaaS sales experience with demonstrated grit and drive; marketing or growth-tech background is a bonus
• Strong outreach capabilities across cold calling, personalized email, and social selling that cut through noise authentically
• High emotional intelligence with exceptional active listening skills—understanding that discovery is 80% listening, 20% speaking
• Bias for action with comfort working independently and collaboratively; ownership of outcomes
• Track record of completing projects and following through on commitments
• Familiarity with AI tools beyond basic content generation; experience with coding, scripting, or AI-assisted development platforms is a significant advantage
• Fluency in a European language beyond English (German, French, Spanish, Dutch, or Nordic languages) is highly desirable for multi-market coverage
