Senior Recruitment Manager – Maternity Cover

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential hospitality organization seeking a Senior Recruitment Manager for maternity cover in London. In this role, you will oversee recruitment processes across multiple properties, working closely with senior leadership and general managers to ensure exceptional hiring outcomes.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Recruiting for roles at all levels across an expanding portfolio of properties
• Proactive and reactive sourcing, screening and interviewing of candidates
• Coaching and guiding managers to ensure a smooth and positive recruitment journey
• Collaborating with the wider recruitment team on new opening strategy and high volume hiring
• Managing internal recruitment processes and applications
• Providing timely feedback to all candidates
• Leading external recruitment events such as careers fairs and open days
• Continually reviewing recruitment methods to ensure constant improvement
• Building rapport with teams at all levels across operations and support functions
• Delivering training on recruitment practices for hiring managers

What We're Looking For

Our ideal candidate brings proven recruitment leadership experience in fast-paced, customer-focused environments:

• At least 3 years' experience as a Senior Recruitment Manager
• Experience recruiting high volume within hospitality, shared working spaces, or retail
• Willingness to travel outside of London on occasion to meet business needs
• Positive and proactive attitude
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize effectively
• Strong IT skills and ability to write and produce reports
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
