Growth Marketing | Intern / Working Student (d/f/m)

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential B2B SaaS company in Munich that is looking for a Growth Marketing Intern or Working Student to join their team on a hybrid basis. This is a rare opportunity to gain hands-on experience in demand generation, webinar marketing, and AI-powered marketing automation within a fast-growing technology environment.

You'll work directly with a seven-person marketing team on real campaigns, content, and automation projects—no coffee runs or busywork. The role is designed for someone currently studying or recently graduated who wants to learn how modern B2B marketing teams operate, especially as AI tools reshape day-to-day workflows.

Two formats are available:

• Working Student: 20 hours per week, ongoing
• Intern: 3–6 months, full-time (with potential to convert to a permanent role)

Both tracks begin September 1, 2026, and are based hybrid out of Munich.

Responsibilities

Your work will span several marketing functions, giving you exposure across the full B2B SaaS marketing stack:

• AI and Automation: Observe recurring manual tasks, propose and build automations and workflows using AI tools like Claude, document new processes, and roll out systems the team uses daily.
• Webinars and Content: Edit short clips from webinar recordings for social media, create visual assets in Canva from templates, set up on-demand webinar pages in the CMS, draft email copy (invites, reminders, follow-ups), write social recap posts, and manage the webinar calendar.
• Demand Generation and Field Marketing: Campaign and list administration, process event attendee lists, quality-check German translations for ad assets, support reporting and analytics, and assist with event prospect sourcing.
• Product Marketing: Support case study and customer story production, create sales enablement assets, assist with product launch activities, conduct competitive research, and maintain CMS content quality.

What We're Looking For

• Language: Fluency in both German and English is required. English must be excellent for US/UK-facing webinars and content; German is needed for DACH market materials and social posts.
• Status: Currently enrolled as a student or recently graduated.
• Interest: Curious about B2B/SaaS marketing, technology, and AI tools.
• Organization: Able to juggle multiple small tasks across different stakeholders and keep projects moving.
• Mindset: Eager to get hands-on with tools like Claude, Canva, and modern CMS platforms; no prior webinar or automation experience required—training will be provided.
