Senior Partner Marketing Manager (m/f/d)

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential robotics organization that is scaling rapidly across Europe and the United States. Our client is building the partner marketing function from the ground up, and we're looking for a Senior Partner Marketing Manager to own this from day one. This is a high-impact, hands-on role based in Munich where you'll co-define strategy with senior leadership and execute end-to-end—no hand-offs, no waiting for someone else to implement. Responsibilities

You will build and own the partner marketing function, working closely with the VP of Marketing and the Global Partner Director. Your work will span strategy, infrastructure, content, and relationship management across a diverse partner ecosystem.

• Partner Marketing Strategy: Co-develop and refine the global partner marketing strategy, defining differentiated approaches per partner tier—full co-marketing programs for Tier 1 partners and scaled, asset-led support for Tier 2 and Tier 3 partners
• Infrastructure & Tracking: Build processes, templates, tracking mechanisms, and reporting frameworks from scratch; own the tracking of all partner marketing activities and their contribution to pipeline and revenue
• Content & Enablement: Develop partner marketing guidelines, co-marketing assets, and campaigns in both German and English; equip partners with materials they need to go to market effectively
• Relationship Ownership: Own marketing relationships with partners across all tiers, from large international system integrators to smaller traditional industrial firms; build strong working relationships directly with partner contacts, including those who work exclusively in German
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Partner Managers and the broader Marketing team to align activities with partnership priorities, deal flow, and messaging; represent the organization at partner events and co-marketing activations

What We're Looking For

• 4–6 years of experience in Partner Marketing, Channel Marketing, or a closely related B2B marketing role—ideally in tech, SaaS, or industrial environments
• Proven experience building partner marketing programs, not just running them within an existing structure
• Strategic mindset combined with strong hands-on execution—you're equally comfortable defining strategy in a workshop and tracking campaign performance in a spreadsheet
• Strong relationship skills across a diverse partner base, from global tech companies to small traditional firms
• Fluent in both German and English—you will work in both languages daily, and some key partners work exclusively in German
• Experience with co-marketing, joint campaigns, and partner enablement materials
• Genuine interest in AI and how it applies to your own work—our client actively uses AI tools to move faster and expects the team to do the same
• Bonus: familiarity with industrial automation, robotics, or related spaces
