Product Growth Manager

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential healthcare technology organization seeking a Product Growth Manager to build their growth function from the ground up. In this role, you will:

• Translate company vision into specific, prioritized growth initiatives across acquisition, activation, and monetization, informed by data, experimentation, and customer behavior
• Own the end-to-end user journey from initial sign-up through setup, first value delivery, and habit formation across multiple product surfaces
• Build platform-level growth capabilities that create compounding effects across the product ecosystem
• Design and execute a rigorous experimentation and measurement program, forming hypotheses, defining metrics, and shipping high-velocity A/B tests
• Collaborate deeply with Design, Engineering, Marketing, and Product Leadership on both strategy and execution
• Inform pricing, packaging, and self-serve strategy in partnership with go-to-market and finance leadership to drive expansion

What We're Looking For

Our client needs someone who has:

• Proven track record shipping exceptional B2B or prosumer growth products in high-velocity environments with deep care for user outcomes
• 3+ years in product management with hands-on product-led growth experience, having built and owned sophisticated growth motions on complex B2B workflow products
• High agency and learning velocity: ability to run high-volume hypothesis-driven experiments, move quickly in ambiguous situations, and build from zero
• Strong analytical skills and data mindset around A/B testing, optimization, and defining growth metrics
• Experience creating data acquisition and evaluation strategies, tracking product metrics including utilization rates and performance indicators
• Passion for AI technology and its potential to reshape product-led growth
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills across Engineering, Design, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success

Particularly valuable:

• German or Italian language proficiency for working with European healthcare professionals
• Experience growing products for SMB customers in less-digital European verticals such as healthcare, construction, or legal services
• Background with self-serve, freemium, or product-qualified-lead driven growth motions
• Experience with high-growth SaaS products using usage or outcome-based pricing, with demonstrated success driving net revenue retention growth
