Sales Operations Manager (B2B)

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential healthcare technology client in their search for a Sales Operations Manager to drive B2B revenue execution across global markets. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives at the intersection of strategic thinking, data analytics, and cross-functional collaboration.

You won't just be pulling reports—you'll be translating raw data into actionable insights that directly influence sales strategy, integrating AI-driven workflows, and managing senior stakeholders across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Partner with sales leadership to manage territory design, quota allocation, product pricing, sales funnel performance, and attainment tracking across global B2B markets
• Map, streamline, and scale end-to-end sales processes, leveraging AI tools and automation to boost productivity and accelerate deal velocity
• Architect, automate, and maintain dashboards and reporting to monitor revenue metrics and KPIs, providing leadership with clarity on performance drivers
• Serve as the strategic operational bridge between Sales, Marketing, and Finance, managing cross-functional alignment and business requests
• Identify, test, and implement AI capabilities and workflow automations to improve pipeline forecasting and reduce operational workload
• Collaborate with CRM experts to ensure clean pipeline governance, seamless data integration, and high system adoption across global teams

What We're Looking For

• 3–5 years of hands-on experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Consulting, or Financial Analytics within a B2B SaaS or high-growth environment
• Proven track record of analyzing complex operational problems and building scalable, structured solutions
• Strong interest in AI tools and proficiency across revenue tech stacks (HubSpot, Looker, Google Sheets, Miro, Notion)
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate complex analytical ideas to diverse audiences
• Demonstrated capability to independently own cross-functional projects end-to-end, managing timelines and conflicting priorities
• Understanding of B2B sales cycles, funnel mechanics, territory planning, pricing structures, and incentive models
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments, bringing structure to ambiguity and making measurable impact
