Content Creator (m/w/d)

Responsibilities

Our talent team is representing a confidential marketing agency in Düsseldorf that manages email campaigns for online retail clients across the DACH region. We're looking for a Content Creator who will own the complete newsletter creation process from concept to delivery.

You'll receive daily briefings for various client campaigns—promotional sales, new product launches, or category introductions. For each assignment, you'll craft the strategy, write compelling subject lines and body copy, assemble layouts using the agency's design system in Figma, adjust graphics (sometimes using AI tools), and prepare newsletters for client approval and deployment.

You'll manage content for 30 to 40 brands simultaneously. Within weeks, you'll internalize each brand's distinct voice and visual identity. Your work ships to real audiences, and you'll see performance metrics for every campaign you create.

• Copywriting ability: You write persuasive, conversion-focused copy quickly—not just aesthetically pleasing text
• Visual sensibility: You recognize strong design and are comfortable learning design tools
• Rapid learning: You master new software and systems within days
• Drive and coachability: You welcome feedback and improve continuously
• AI fluency: You're already comfortable with generative AI tools in your workflow
• Ownership mindset: You want to be responsible for the complete deliverable, not just one component
• Full-time on-site commitment: This role requires working in Düsseldorf with the team (not remote)

Prior experience with Figma, email marketing platforms, or formal design training is not required. We prioritize aesthetic judgment, speed, and attitude—we'll teach you the technical pieces.

Compensation

The client offers €3,500 to €6,000 per month, with the goal of converting successful hires to permanent employment.
