Quereinsteiger E-Commerce (m/w/d)

About This Role

We are representing a fast-growing e-commerce marketing consultancy based in Düsseldorf. Our client serves over 150 online retailers across the DACH region, producing high-volume email campaigns with measurable revenue impact. They handle millions of recipients monthly and are looking for a career-changer or lateral hire ready to own the full newsletter process from concept to delivery.

This is an on-site, full-time position in Düsseldorf for someone who writes quickly, thinks visually, and wants to see their work launch in real time.

Responsibilities

• Write and build complete email newsletters for 30–40 brands, from briefing to send
• Draft subject lines, body copy, and campaign structure tailored to each client's voice and goals
• Design emails using a Figma component library; adapt visuals and occasionally generate assets with AI tools
• Submit finished newsletters for client approval and coordinate deployment
• Learn the tone and positioning of dozens of brands quickly and maintain consistency across campaigns
• Own the end-to-end deliverable—copy, layout, image selection, and final quality

What We're Looking For

• Strong copywriting ability with a focus on conversion, not just aesthetics
• Eye for design and comfort working in design tools (Figma experience is a plus but not required)
• Extremely fast learner who can pick up new platforms and processes in days
• High work ethic and willingness to be on-site full-time with the team in Düsseldorf
• Fluency with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, or similar) for content and asset support
• Ambition, accountability, and openness to feedback
• Desire to take full ownership of deliverables rather than pass off components to others

No prior experience in newsletters, e-commerce, or formal design training is required. We care about speed, judgment, and drive—our talent team will train the rest.

Pay and Benefits
