About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential email marketing agency based in Düsseldorf. Our client manages campaigns for over 150 e-commerce brands across the DACH region, delivering millions of emails annually. They are seeking a Marketing Associate to join their fast-paced, in-office team.

This role is ideal for someone looking to break into performance marketing with no prior experience required—just strong instincts, speed, and a willingness to learn. You will own the entire newsletter creation process from concept to delivery, working across 30–40 brands simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Write subject lines and copy for sale announcements, product launches, and campaign newsletters
• Build complete email layouts using design systems and templates in Figma
• Adapt graphics and visuals, sometimes with AI tools
• Submit finished newsletters to clients for approval and schedule delivery
• Manage tone of voice and brand guidelines for multiple accounts at once
• Review campaign performance data and iterate based on results

What We're Looking For

• Strong aesthetic sense and confidence using design tools
• Extremely fast learner—new platforms and workflows in days, not weeks
• Copywriting skills focused on conversion, not just style
• Comfort working with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, image generation)
• High motivation and ability to take ownership of deliverables end-to-end
• Willingness to work 100% on-site in Düsseldorf with the team
• Receptive to feedback and driven to improve quickly

No formal background in Figma, email marketing, or design is required. We are looking for hustle, judgment, and speed—the rest can be taught.
