EWC Portal seeks a full-time Registrar for its Wyoming campus to lead academic records management, student scheduling, and institutional data integrity. This is a 12-month, benefitted professional position with a salary range of $82,050 to $104,900 annually.

What This Role Involves

As Registrar at EWC Portal in Wyoming, you'll serve as the chief administrative officer for all academic records and enrollment processes. You'll oversee student registration, maintain institutional data systems, and ensure full compliance with state and federal academic regulations. Your work directly impacts thousands of students' academic progress and degree completion.

Responsibilities

  • Manage comprehensive student records, transcripts, and academic documentation systems
  • Oversee the registration and enrollment processes for all students
  • Coordinate with faculty and academic departments on course scheduling and academic planning
  • Ensure accurate degree audits and support student graduation processes
  • Maintain compliance with institutional policies and state and federal regulations
  • Manage the registrar's office staff and supervise day-to-day operations
  • Develop and implement registration technologies and student information systems
  • Serve as liaison between students, faculty, administration, and external agencies

Who We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree required (Master's degree preferred)
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in higher education registrar, admissions, or academic records administration
  • Proficiency with student information systems (SIS) and database management
  • Strong knowledge of FERPA, transfer credit evaluation, and degree audit processes
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
  • Experience with higher education enrollment reporting and data analysis
