Auxiliar Fiscal (Contábil)

About the Role

As an Auxiliar Fiscal (Contábil) at MDRH, you'll be responsible for maintaining accurate fiscal and accounting records for our clients. This position combines hands-on transaction processing with exposure to Brazilian tax compliance, giving you meaningful experience across the full accounting cycle. You'll work as part of a focused team where precision and attention to detail directly support client success.

What You'll Do

• Record and post fiscal accounting entries for companies operating under Lucro Presumido and Simples Nacional tax regimes
• Generate and issue electronic invoices (NF-e) and manage invoice-related accounting workflows
• Execute routine accounting department tasks including transaction categorization, record verification, and compliance checks
• Prepare and organize documentation for audits, tax filings, and regulatory submissions
• Identify and resolve accounting discrepancies through research and team collaboration

What We're Looking For

• Degree in progress or completed in accounting, finance, business administration, or related field
• Hands-on experience using the Questor accounting software system
• Solid understanding of Brazilian fiscal accounting practices and tax classification systems
• Strong accuracy and precision with numerical work and data entry
• Ability to work independently while contributing effectively to a team environment
• Reliable, organized approach to managing competing priorities
