What You'll Do

• Supervise probationers and parolees throughout Oklahoma County, ensuring adherence to court-ordered conditions and agency policies
• Conduct comprehensive risk and needs assessments to develop individualized supervision and treatment plans
• Investigate alleged violations, document findings, and prepare detailed reports for supervisory review and court proceedings
• Maintain thorough case records and chronological documentation of all client interactions and compliance activities
• Establish working relationships with offenders, community employers, social service agencies, and treatment providers
• Prepare pre-sentence investigation reports and custody level recommendations for judicial consideration
• Respond appropriately to crisis situations while maintaining public safety standards

What You Bring

• High school diploma or GED minimum; bachelor's degree in criminal justice, social work, or related field preferred
• Strong written and oral communication abilities for case management and court presentations
• Sound judgment and ability to handle complex cases independently and under pressure
• Valid Oklahoma driver's license and reliable personal transportation
• Eligibility to pass comprehensive background investigation and drug screening
