What You'll Do
- Supervise probationers and parolees throughout Oklahoma County, ensuring adherence to court-ordered conditions and agency policies

- Investigate alleged violations, document findings, and prepare detailed reports for supervisory review and court proceedings
- Maintain thorough case records and chronological documentation of all client interactions and compliance activities
- Establish working relationships with offenders, community employers, social service agencies, and treatment providers
- Prepare pre-sentence investigation reports and custody level recommendations for judicial consideration
- Respond appropriately to crisis situations while maintaining public safety standards
What You Bring
- High school diploma or GED minimum; bachelor's degree in criminal justice, social work, or related field preferred
- Strong written and oral communication abilities for case management and court presentations
- Sound judgment and ability to handle complex cases independently and under pressure
- Valid Oklahoma driver's license and reliable personal transportation
