As a Business Analyst with French language proficiency, you'll act as the essential bridge between our business stakeholders and technical teams. Your role combines strategic thinking with practical problem-solving, enabling you to translate complex business needs into actionable solutions. Your Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed business requirement interviews and workshops with French-speaking and English-speaking stakeholders
• Document business processes and create clear requirement specifications for development teams
• Analyse current workflows to identify improvement opportunities and efficiency gains
• Manage stakeholder communication throughout all project phases in both French and English
• Validate solutions against business requirements and user needs
• Support continuous improvement initiatives across client engagements

Skills & Qualifications

• Fluent in both French and English, with excellent written and verbal communication
• Proven experience in business analysis or similar analytical roles
• Strong capability in requirements gathering, process mapping, and documentation
