About This Position
Inetum is seeking an experienced iOS Developer to join our mobile engineering team. This remote role offers the opportunity to design, build, and maintain high-quality iOS applications for our diverse range of clients across Europe. You'll work alongside talented engineers and consultants, contributing to projects that span multiple industries and leverage the latest Apple technologies.
What You'll Do
- Design and develop native iOS applications using Swift and modern frameworks
- Collaborate with product managers and designers to implement user-centred features
- Write clean, maintainable code and participate in code reviews
- Troubleshoot bugs, optimise app performance, and ensure quality across iOS devices and iOS versions
- Integrate RESTful APIs and work with backend teams to deliver seamless user experiences
- Contribute to architectural decisions and technical best practices within the team
Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience developing production iOS applications in Swift
- Strong understanding of iOS frameworks, UIKit or SwiftUI, and the Apple development ecosystem
- Competency with version control (Git), Xcode, and debugging tools
- Experience with REST APIs, JSON, and data persistence patterns
- Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a distributed team
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent hands-on experience
