ServiceNow is hiring a Senior Enterprise Account Executive for Financial Services in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time, in-office position focused on driving enterprise cloud platform adoption among leading financial institutions across the Middle East region.

Position Summary

As a Senior Enterprise Account Executive specializing in the Financial Services Industry, you will own strategic relationships with enterprise clients and drive revenue growth within the FSI vertical. Your mission is to guide CIOs, CFOs, and digital leaders through their ServiceNow transformation journey, positioning cloud workflow solutions as the foundation for next-generation banking and insurance infrastructure. You'll combine strategic account management with consultative selling, managing complex, multi-stakeholder deals that span digital transformation, compliance, and operational efficiency.

Core Duties

  • Prospect, qualify, and close enterprise opportunities within Financial Services organizations across the Gulf region
  • Develop and execute comprehensive account plans that expand ServiceNow's footprint within existing clients
  • Facilitate technical discovery sessions and deliver compelling business cases tailored to FSI priorities
  • Collaborate with Sales Engineers, Solution Architects, and Customer Success teams to ensure seamless deal progression
  • Forecast pipeline accurately, track deal metrics, and report on achievement against quarterly revenue targets
  • Build and nurture C-suite relationships that position ServiceNow as a trusted strategic advisor

Who We're Looking For

  • 7+ years in enterprise software sales, with proven success selling to financial institutions or comparable complex organizations
  • Deep understanding of Financial Services industry challenges: regulatory compliance, digital modernization, and operational resilience
  • Demonstrated ability to sell to and influence C-level stakeholders in highly regulated environments
  • Track record closing enterprise deals valued at $500K+ in Annual Contract Value
  • Fluency in Arabic and English; based in or willing to relocate to Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
  • Self-motivated, consultative approach with strong business acumen and deal closure discipline
