Role Overview

As an Instrumentation & Control Panel Technician at Dexterra, you'll be responsible for the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of instrumentation systems and control panels. You'll work directly with equipment calibration, system diagnostics, and technical modifications to ensure optimal performance and compliance with operational standards. Your technical expertise will support critical facility operations across various industrial and building systems.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and test instrumentation equipment and control panel systems
• Diagnose equipment malfunctions and perform repairs using appropriate hand tools and testing equipment
• Read and interpret technical schematics, blueprints, and wiring diagrams
• Perform routine calibration and preventive maintenance procedures
• Conduct electrical testing and soldering work to component specifications
• Document all maintenance activities and system modifications accurately
• Maintain adherence to safety protocols and industry regulations

Who We're Looking For

• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Technical training, vocational certification, or apprenticeship experience in instrumentation or electrical systems
