About the Role

As a Plumber at Dexterra, you'll be at the heart of our service operations, handling installation, repair, and maintenance of plumbing systems across our Beltsville service area. This is a hands-on position where your expertise directly impacts customer satisfaction and project success. You'll work as part of a professional team committed to building strong relationships with clients and delivering exceptional workmanship.

What You'll Do

• Install, inspect, test, and repair plumbing systems, fixtures, and fittings in residential and commercial properties
• Diagnose plumbing issues and recommend appropriate solutions to customers
• Maintain records of work performed and materials used on each job
• Adhere to all building codes, safety standards, and local regulations
• Communicate clearly with customers about timelines, costs, and technical details
• Perform preventive maintenance and respond to emergency service calls as needed

Who We're Looking For

• Current plumbing license or journeyman certification as required by Maryland
• Proven experience installing and repairing residential and/or commercial plumbing systems
• Strong knowledge of plumbing codes and industry best practices
• Ability to read blueprints and technical diagrams
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Professional demeanor and excellent customer service skills
• Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
