About the Role

We're seeking a detail-oriented Deburring Operator to join our manufacturing team in Olomouc. In this hands-on position, you'll be responsible for removing burrs, sharp edges, and surface irregularities from precision-engineered components. As an operator in our facility, you'll ensure that every part meets our rigorous quality specifications before it moves forward in the production process. This is a full-time role essential to our operational excellence and commitment to delivering finished parts of the highest standard.

What You'll Do

• Operate manual and power-assisted deburring equipment to finish machined and manufactured parts
• Inspect components for burrs, sharp edges, and surface defects using visual assessment and tactile verification
• Remove imperfections using appropriate hand tools, grinding wheels, and finishing equipment
• Work with various materials including metals and composite materials common to industrial production
• Maintain clean, safe work areas and adhere to all health and safety protocols
• Meet daily and weekly production targets while maintaining consistent quality standards
• Report equipment issues and quality concerns to your supervisor promptly

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a deburring operator or in a similar finishing role within manufacturing
• Familiarity with deburring hand tools, pneumatic tools, and finishing equipment
• Ability to work accurately on repetitive tasks without compromising quality
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high quality standards
• Capability to work in a fast-paced production environment and meet output requirements
• Basic communication skills and willingness to collaborate with team members
