Rehabilitation Technician

Okgov seeks a dedicated Rehabilitation Technician to join our team in Oklahoma County. As a full-time employee, you'll support individuals through their recovery journey, assisting with therapeutic interventions and monitoring progress in a patient-centered environment.

Position Summary

In this role, you'll serve as a vital member of our rehabilitation program, providing direct support to individuals working toward recovery and independence. Your responsibilities will include assisting with therapeutic activities, maintaining detailed records, and collaborating with clinical staff to ensure each participant receives quality care and achieves measurable progress.

Responsibilities

• Assist individuals with therapeutic exercises and activities as directed by clinical supervisors
• Monitor and document patient progress, behaviors, and responses to treatment
• Provide direct personal care and support in a respectful, compassionate manner
• Maintain accurate records and communicate observations to the clinical team
• Ensure participant safety and comfort during all activities and transitions
• Support the rehabilitation program's daily operations and maintain a clean, organized environment

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications preferred
• Ability to lift and assist individuals safely; physical stamina for a dynamic role
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with compassion for individuals in recovery
• Attention to detail and reliability in documenting observations and progress
• Willingness to work as part of a multidisciplinary clinical team
• Valid driver's license if required by position or program needs
