Core Duties

• Prepare, cook, and present dishes to the highest standards
• Manage food preparation workflows and maintain kitchen cleanliness and organisation
• Lead and support kitchen team members to achieve operational targets
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Monitor food costs and minimise waste
• Work collaboratively with front-of-house staff to deliver exceptional service

Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience working as a Chef in a professional kitchen
• Strong culinary knowledge and ability to work efficiently under pressure
• Leadership and team management skills
• Excellent attention to detail and food hygiene standards
• Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings and weekends as required
• Relevant qualifications such as City & Guilds or equivalent are advantageous
