Product Manager Westwing Collection (m/f/d)

About This Opportunity

Our talent team is representing a confidential e-commerce client in the home and living sector. We are searching for a Product Manager to shape and drive assortment strategy for curated product categories. You will own the end-to-end product lifecycle—from strategic planning and portfolio optimization to commercial performance—ensuring a relevant, inspiring, and commercially successful offering. This is a permanent position based in Munich with a hybrid work model.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute assortment strategies by analyzing the market and identifying key growth opportunities for proprietary collections
• Build a unique and inspiring product portfolio in close alignment with Design and Buying teams
• Maintain a healthy portfolio through active portfolio management, bringing a proactive and entrepreneurial attitude
• Identify sales, merchandising, and operational opportunities, leveraging AI tools and automation to optimize commercial performance
• Partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders including Buying, Design, Supply Chain, Product Quality, and Merchandising to drive seamless execution

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in physical product management, consumer retail, or business development
• Strong commercial acumen and analytical problem-solving skills with a bias for fast execution
• A proactive, ownership-driven mindset with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Deep passion for interior design and home & living, with an intuitive product sense
• Clear, persuasive communication and stakeholder management skills across cross-functional teams
• Fluency in English; additional European languages are a plus
