SEO Expert (Multi-Client Agency, WordPress + Webflow)

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential U.S. digital marketing agency serving a diverse portfolio of small and mid-sized business clients. They need a full-time SEO expert who can own search strategy and execution across multiple client websites simultaneously.

In this role, you will:

• Conduct technical SEO audits and resolve crawl errors, indexing issues, Core Web Vitals problems, redirects, site architecture concerns, and schema markup across client sites
• Implement SEO best practices on WordPress (using Yoast/RankMath and page builders) and Webflow (CMS collections, custom code embeds, SEO settings), plus other platforms including Shopify
• Perform keyword research and map search intent for clients across very different industries
• Optimize on-page elements including titles, meta descriptions, headers, internal linking structures, and content
• Manage local SEO for service-based clients, including Google Business Profile optimization, citation management, and service-area pages
• Develop content strategies, briefs, and calendars that writers can execute
• Execute link building and digital PR outreach campaigns
• Lead SEO migration checklists for new website launches to protect client rankings
• Build and present monthly reports using Google Search Console, GA4, and enterprise SEO tools, clearly explaining rankings, traffic, and conversion data
• Serve as the agency's internal SEO voice, advising account managers on client priorities

What We're Looking For

Our ideal candidate has:

• 4+ years of hands-on SEO experience, preferably in an agency environment managing multiple client accounts simultaneously
• Proven results with screenshots from Google Search Console, Ahrefs, Semrush, or similar platforms
• Real, hands-on experience optimizing live sites on both WordPress and Webflow
• Strong technical SEO fundamentals—you can read a crawl report, diagnose indexing issues, and implement fixes independently
• Working knowledge of HTML/CSS and the ability to implement schema and technical fixes without developer support
• Daily fluency with Google Search Console, GA4, and Ahrefs or Semrush
• Excellent written and spoken English for direct communication with the U.S. team and occasional client interaction
• Ability to work U.S. business hours (Pacific or Central time zones) with reliable internet and backup power
• Strong organizational skills to juggle 10+ client accounts and track deliverables without reminders

Bonus qualifications:

• Experience with Shopify, Squarespace, Wix, or similar website platforms
• E-commerce SEO expertise (product pages, collection pages, faceted navigation)
• Familiarity with AI search and generative engine optimization
• Experience supporting Google Ads or Local Service Ads
• Basic understanding of conversion rate optimization and landing page best practices

How We Work With You

After successful completion, we'll conduct an interview with our recruiting team, followed by a meet-and-greet with the client agency. Throughout this process, we serve as your advocate and guide.

Pay

This is a full-time, remote position based in Pakistan, working U.S. business hours Monday through Friday.

The position includes health benefits after 90 days, performance bonuses after 90 days, paid onboarding with clear processes and documentation, and dedicated support throughout your placement.
