About This Opportunity
We are representing a confidential diversified services organization in the Chicago area. Our client operates high-volume food service and care divisions with locations across multiple commercial and public venues. They need a Recruiting Coordinator to support their talent acquisition efforts and keep their hiring process running smoothly.
This is a remote position within the United States. You'll coordinate interviews, communicate with candidates, and partner with hiring managers to maintain an organized and efficient recruitment workflow.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate interviews and recruiting-related meetings across multiple hiring managers
- Communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process with professionalism and timeliness
- Maintain accurate candidate records and recruiting documentation
- Post and update job openings across relevant platforms
- Support hiring managers with interview scheduling, follow-ups, and coordination
- Prepare recruiting documents and hiring materials as needed
- Track candidate progress and manage outstanding recruitment tasks
What We're Looking For
Required:
- Previous experience in recruiting, HR, administration, customer service, or similar coordination-focused role
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Professional written and verbal communication abilities
- Comfortable managing schedules, candidate information, and multiple priorities simultaneously
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
- Reliable internet connection and dedicated workspace
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
Preferred:
- Previous recruiting coordination or talent acquisition experience
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS)
- Experience scheduling interviews and managing candidate communications
- Background in high-volume or multi-location recruiting environments
