Talent Acquisition Manager @AI-Native Executive Search

About This Role

We are representing a confidential executive search organization that places talent acquisition professionals directly inside fast-growing technology companies. This is not traditional agency recruiting—you will be embedded within client organizations for defined project periods, owning their entire candidate pipeline for sales and commercial roles.

As a Talent Acquisition Manager, you will work on short-term engagements (typically two to three months) with venture-backed and private equity portfolio companies. You will drive high-volume sourcing and screening for go-to-market positions, then transition to the next client when the pipeline is healthy and sustainable.

Responsibilities

• Own the complete candidate pipeline for sales and go-to-market hiring: sourcing, outreach, screening, qualification and handover to internal hiring teams
• Define search parameters with hiring managers, map the market and maintain a consistent flow of qualified candidates
• Conduct structured first-round interviews using competency frameworks and standardized scorecards
• Leverage AI-powered tools for sourcing, data enrichment, filtering and outreach at scale
• Provide weekly reporting on pipeline health, conversion metrics and any bottlenecks in the search process
• Adapt quickly to new business models, markets and organizational cultures as you rotate between client engagements

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of experience in recruiting, sourcing or high-volume sales—we prioritize execution and structure over traditional recruiting credentials
• Credible understanding of commercial roles: what defines a strong Account Executive, Sales Leader or Chief Revenue Officer
• Comfort with modern tooling and genuine curiosity about AI applications in talent acquisition
• Ability to integrate into a new organization and deliver value from week one
• Professional fluency in both German and English
• Location: Berlin
