E-Mail Campaign Producer (m/w/d)

About This Role

We are representing a confidential digital marketing agency in Düsseldorf that specializes in email campaigns for e-commerce clients. Our client produces hundreds of millions of email sends annually for over 150 online retailers across the DACH region.

They need an E-Mail Campaign Producer who can combine copywriting and design to build complete newsletters from briefing to delivery. This is a hands-on role where you own the entire campaign—not just one piece of it.

Responsibilities

• Build complete email newsletters from start to finish: brief review, structure planning, subject lines, body copy, visual layout, and asset adaptation
• Manage 30–40 brand voices and visual identities simultaneously
• Work from design systems (Figma-based) to assemble campaign layouts quickly and consistently
• Adapt graphics and imagery, sometimes using AI tools
• Submit finished campaigns for client approval and coordinate deployment
• Deliver multiple campaigns daily across a portfolio of e-commerce brands
• Use AI tools as part of your standard workflow for content and creative tasks

What We're Looking For

• Prior experience in marketing, content production, or digital campaign work with a focus on writing or creative execution
• Strong instinct for both text and visual design—you know what looks good and what words work
• Extremely fast learner who can pick up new tools in days
• High work intensity and ambition; you take feedback seriously and improve every week
• Comfort working with AI tools as part of your daily process
• Ability to work quickly and independently while maintaining quality
• Desire to own full deliverables, not just contribute to one stage
• Must be based in or willing to relocate to Düsseldorf; this is a 100% on-site role
• Fluency in German required for client-facing content

Not required: Figma experience, newsletter background, or design degree. The right attitude, speed, and instinct matter more—training will be provided.

Pay

The client offers €3,500 to €6,000 per month, with the goal of transitioning successful hires to permanent contracts. Compensation details and progression will be discussed during the interview process.
