SAP Berechtigungsmanager (m/w/d)

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential client in the Frankfurt am Main region who needs an experienced SAP Authorization Manager to join their team on a freelance basis. This role focuses on authorization and user administration within a complex SAP system landscape, working as part of an agile team with direct stakeholder contact.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Managing SAP authorization and user administration across the client's system environment
• Conducting analysis and reporting using SAP GRC Access Control
• Analyzing and resolving authorization issues and access problems
• Automating authorization and user management processes
• Supporting S/4HANA implementations with a focus on authorization concepts
• Working with modern SAP technologies including Fiori, BTP, HANA DB, ABAP S/4, and XAMS where applicable

What We're Looking For

Our client requires someone with:

• A degree or comparable qualification in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field
• Proven hands-on experience in SAP authorization management
• Initial experience with S/4HANA, Fiori, or BTP environments
• Strong knowledge of SAP GRC Access Control for analysis and reporting
• Independent, solution-oriented working style with the ability to work autonomously
• Negotiation-level German language skills (C1 or higher)
• Availability to start in October

This is a full-time freelance/self-employed position with the possibility of part-time arrangements. Remote work is supported, though the role is based in the NRW region.
