Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential digital marketing agency in Düsseldorf that specializes in email campaigns for e-commerce clients. As a Copywriter for Newsletters & Email Campaigns, you will own the entire creative process from concept to delivery.

Your day begins with ready assignments. One online shop needs a sale announcement, another is launching a new product category. You'll read the brief, develop the structure, write subject lines and body copy, assemble design blocks from the team's system, and adjust graphics. Once complete, the newsletter goes to the client for approval and then to their audience.

You'll manage 30 to 40 brands simultaneously. Within weeks, you'll know each brand voice intimately. This is not a role where you hand off copy and never see the result—you build the complete campaign and track its performance with real customers.

• Conversion-focused writing: You write copy that drives action, not just elegant prose
• Speed and clarity: Fast comprehension of new tools and brand guidelines, typically within days
• Design sensibility: An eye for layout and visual hierarchy; willingness to work in design tools
• End-to-end ownership: You want to own the entire deliverable, not just one piece of it
• AI fluency: Comfortable using AI tools as part of your workflow

• Full commitment: This is a 100% on-site role in Düsseldorf with a fast-paced team environment

Prior experience with design tools or formal training is not required. We prioritize judgment, speed, and attitude—we'll train the rest.
