Oracle EBS Functional / Technical

Responsibilities

We are representing a prominent technology organization operating across Latin America. In this remote Oracle EBS Functional/Technical Consultant role, you will:

• Support, analyze, and enhance Oracle E-Business Suite R12.x functional processes in an on-premises environment
• Work closely with business users to understand requirements and translate them into technical and functional solutions
• Configure and support Oracle Purchasing and Inventory Management processes
• Develop and maintain custom solutions using Oracle SQL and PL/SQL
• Troubleshoot functional and technical issues and perform root cause analysis
• Develop, test, and maintain custom database objects and Oracle EBS components
• Support integrations and data flows related to procurement and inventory processes
• Participate in testing, deployments, documentation, and production support activities

What We're Looking For

Required Functional Experience:

• Senior-level, hands-on experience with Oracle EBS R12.x On-Premises
• Deep expertise in Oracle Purchasing (PO) and Oracle Inventory Management
• Strong knowledge of Move Orders, Item Master, Cycle Counts, Replenishment Processes, ASN Processing, and Blanket Purchase Orders
• Strong understanding of Procurement and Inventory business processes
• Proven ability to translate functional requirements into Oracle EBS solutions

Required Technical Skills:

• Advanced Oracle SQL and PL/SQL development skills
• Hands-on experience developing and maintaining Stored Procedures, Packages, Functions, Triggers, Custom APIs, and Concurrent Programs
• Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills across functional and technical issues
• Experience with Oracle EBS customizations and production support

Preferred Experience:

• Oracle EBS integrations and custom interfaces
• EBS implementation, enhancement, or upgrade projects
• Strong documentation and knowledge-transfer skills

Additional Requirements:

• Advanced conversational English and Spanish (will be evaluated)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and manage complex issues
• Strong communication skills with both technical and functional stakeholders
• If you are a foreigner residing in Mexico, you must have valid INE, CURP, NSS, and RFC
