Our talent team at Get A Job.ai is representing a confidential corporate housing technology client in their search for a Supply Chain Coordinator based in the United States. This fully-remote position offers the opportunity to shape hospitality partnerships across the Americas while working with a global, distributed team.

Our client operates a proprietary accommodation platform serving enterprise clients across 165 countries. You'll play a critical role in building and managing their supply network of vetted properties, working directly with hospitality operators to expand inventory and support business growth objectives.

Responsibilities

• Execute regional hospitality growth strategy to meet revenue goals and conversion metrics
• Manage end-to-end sourcing and vetting of hospitality operators including aparthotels, property managers, residences, and co-living spaces
• Conduct quality background checks and negotiate pricing with supply partners
• Proactively identify unique inventory opportunities and build-to-rent partnerships across the Americas
• Strategically prioritize and grow live inventories aligned with integration pipeline
• Utilize proprietary technology platforms and contribute to product development for hospitality operators
• Support community building efforts with hospitality and technology partners through training, content creation, and events
• Collaborate with Customer Success and Hospitality Growth teams on partner relationships
• Conduct in-person quality inspections and partner visits throughout the Americas region
• Develop enriched content related to safety, security, sustainability, and work-from-anywhere amenities
• Assist business teams in delivering competitive RFPs including extended stay pricing, negotiated rates, and ancillary services

What We're Looking For

• 1+ years of experience in Corporate Housing (essential requirement)
• Proven track record of success in the hospitality industry
• Self-motivated individual with strong work ethic
• Fast learner with problem-solving abilities and entrepreneurial mindset
• Based in West Coast US (preferred)
• Willingness to travel frequently across North America and Latin America
