Sales Development Representative

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential client in the digital marketing space who is seeking a Sales Development Representative to join their remote team. This is an excellent opportunity for motivated communicators who want to build a career in B2B sales while working from Malawi.

In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for prospective clients across the United States, introducing our client's services to marketing executives and scheduling qualified meetings for their sales team. This position is ideal for recent graduates, career changers, or anyone with strong communication skills looking to develop in sales—previous cold-calling experience is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound cold calls to marketing executives and business decision-makers throughout the United States
• Engage with senior decision-makers including Marketing Directors, CMOs, Digital Marketing Managers, Growth Marketing Managers, and business owners
• Present our client's services in a clear, professional, and conversational manner
• Build rapport with prospects, ask thoughtful qualifying questions, and identify high-fit opportunities
• Handle objections professionally while maintaining a positive customer experience
• Schedule qualified appointments for the sales team with accurate calendar coordination
• Maintain detailed CRM records including call outcomes, notes, and follow-up activities
• Participate in call reviews, role-play sessions, and ongoing coaching to continuously strengthen your sales skills

• Natural communication style—able to follow a structured sales process while sounding authentic rather than scripted

Preferred but not required:

• Previous experience in marketing, cold calling, telesales, appointment setting, customer service, or B2B sales

Pay

Our client offers USD $4–$8 per hour depending on relevant experience, communication skills, demonstrated sales ability, and overall fit. Performance bonuses are available for qualified meetings successfully booked.
