Werkstudent Projektentwicklung (m/w/d)

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential renewable energy organization seeking a working student to support project development activities. In this role, you will:

• Conduct research on planning law, permitting requirements, and project-specific questions
• Support the development of wind energy and photovoltaic projects
• Assist in identifying and evaluating suitable sites and developing location concepts
• Help coordinate internal and external project stakeholders, specialist consultants, planning offices, and service providers
• Prepare documents and presentations for municipalities, authorities, property owners, and other project participants
• Support documentation and tracking of project progress
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of internal processes and standards

What We're Looking For

Our talent team is seeking candidates with the following qualifications:

• Currently enrolled in a degree program in natural sciences, spatial planning, geography, renewable energy, or a comparable field
• Initial practical experience in a similar role is advantageous
• Strong interest in renewable energy and wind energy projects
• Independent and structured working style with excellent attention to detail
• Good communication skills and the ability to document results clearly and discuss them within a team
• Proficient use of standard MS Office applications, particularly Excel
• Initial experience with GIS software is a plus
• German language skills at native level (C2 according to CEFR) and good English proficiency in written and spoken communication
• Availability for at least 12 months and a minimum of 13 hours per week (flexible scheduling)
