Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential real estate organization seeking a working student to support their accounting and operating costs team in Leipzig. This is a flexible, part-time role starting immediately or by arrangement, with approximately 20 hours per week that can be adapted around your studies.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Supporting the accounting and operating costs team with administrative tasks
• Assisting with the recording and filing of invoices and receipts
• Maintaining and updating data and documentation
• Helping prepare operating cost statements and settlements
• Compiling and organizing documents and materials
• Performing basic control and verification activities
• Supporting general administrative duties within the department
• Handling smaller organizational tasks as assigned

What We're Looking For

Our client is seeking a current university student with strong attention to detail and an interest in accounting and real estate operations. The ideal candidate will have:

• Active enrollment in a relevant degree program such as Business Administration, Real Estate Management, Finance, Accounting, or comparable field
• Genuine interest in accounting, numbers, and real estate topics
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Structured, careful, and independent working style
• Strong communication skills and team orientation
• Service-minded approach to work
• Previous practical experience through internships or working student positions is advantageous but not required
