Senior eCommerce Manager (m/w/d)

Our talent team at Get A Job.ai is representing a confidential clean energy technology organization based in München. We're seeking a Senior eCommerce Manager to lead their B2B online platform strategy and execution. This role offers the opportunity to shape digital commerce for professional trade partners in a rapidly growing sector focused on sustainable mobility and energy solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic and operational management of the B2B online platform serving electricians, solar installers, and resellers, including UX optimization, shop system functionality, payment integration, and system interfaces
• Build and manage a sustainable network of installation partners to support the distribution concept
• Implement and analyze on-page sales activities and marketing campaigns (affiliate marketing, email marketing) to maximize revenue, effectiveness, and profitability
• Monitor and optimize key performance indicators including revenue, conversion rates, average order value, and returns, deriving data-driven improvements
• Manage comprehensive product portfolio listing, control, and optimization across marketplaces such as Amazon and eBay
• Track market and competitive developments, identifying emerging trends
• Collaborate closely with product management, key account sales, IT, and logistics teams

What We're Looking For

• Completed degree in business administration, marketing, business informatics, or comparable qualification
• Minimum five years of relevant professional experience in eCommerce, ideally in a B2B environment
• Strong knowledge of common ERP, CMS, and shop systems (e.g., Shopify, Shopware, Magento) and marketplace platforms
• Affinity for technology sectors such as electric mobility or renewable energy and their product ecosystems
• Experience in KPI analysis and working with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)
• Confident handling of online marketing channels and tools (SEO, GEO, affiliate marketing, SEA)
• Solid knowledge of current AI tools and large language models
• Strong strategic thinking combined with hands-on mentality
• Independent working style with excellent communication skills
• Very good English language proficiency, written and spoken; German language skills required for this München-based position
